Just want to say "Thanks" for easy re-activation

I got a licence for Nitro PDF Pro version 6 back in 2012. It's good for two PCs, and I did one desktop and one laptop.

Last week that laptop died without warning, taking the hard drive with it. I was unable to deactivate.

So when I installed Nitro PDF Pro 6.0 on my new laptop, naturally I got the dreaded message "already activated."

I was astonished to find an easy way to resolve this on the Nitro website (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal). With just a few clicks, I'm on my way again.

This is amazing customer service! Thank-you!
