Virtual printer not showing ( faild)

Hello i use nitro 9 dor a long timp a few day ago it stop working the virtual printer. I can not combine files, and  can not print drom other softwere to pdf via virtual printer  since the virtual printer is not listet in my list of printers. i tried reinstal the nitro 9 stil not working.

ani information on haw to solve this problem

Please try installing the stand-alone Nitro PDF Creator 10 and test if this will let you convert to PDF. The installers can be found below:

64-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_105914/en/enterprise/Nitro_Creator_x64.msi

the problem stands only for word documents if ia have scaned jpg/ png  it works but at word document it says faild co converd documen

Thanks for this information.

Could you please confirm that after installing the stand-alone PDF Creator 10, it now works with MS Excel, Outlook and other applications except for MS Word?

the problem stays, and whit excel and pawer point  

and from any  MS office program  if  I go to the plugin section of the nitro same eror no creation proces

Thanks for this information.

Have you tried printing to PDF using NotePad by going to File > Print > PDF creator 10? If it worked, kindly uninstall and reinstall your MS Office and your Nitro Pro 9.
