File conversion has failed due to an internal error

I am trying to convert a math worksheet into a word document using NitroPro 12.  I keep receiving the error "File conversion has failed due to an internal error."  

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please be informed that there are a lot of causes/variables for this: 
-Not enough memory upon executing the process. 
-Not enough space on the machine for the output file. 
-Particular section of the PDF that causes a timeout issue or loops.

In order for me to further assist you, please provide me with the following:
-What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112)
-Does this happen with every file? If it's a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end
-What are the exact steps you are taking when converting to a Word document?
