The service does not have sufficient Privilages

Upgraded to Nitro Pro 12 today. Cleverbridge Reference # 1461xxxxx. Went to use it to view a PDF document and I'm getting this message.  "Error, The service does not have sufficient privileges. Please reinstall."  I had a hell of a time getting Pro 11 to load -  we spent several days working on the problem this week - and I'm hesitant to uninstall. Your recommendations?
