shrub 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2018 I have a Brother Multi function printer on a home wifi network, and also an HP multi function on USB to a desktop (also on the network). I have Nitro Pro 8 on both a 64 bit laptop and a 32 bit desktop both running windows 7 Ultimate. Recently Nitro Pro can't find either printer, from either computer, for scanning. Printing is OK from both computers. I have never had any problem scanning from Nitro Pro until recently. The network is not the problem, as i can scan on the brother using the Brother control center, which leaves Nitro Pro as the problem. any suggestions on how to get back scanning. i can upload the 'support' zip file if it helps Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
