Authentication / Log On Issue

I'm trying to log into Nitro Cloud and it keeps cycling through a redirect and will not connect. I need access to my documents that I have previously saved. Help?

Please note that I was able to access my Nitro Cloud account without any delay or errors.

If by accessing the above link didn't help, could you please try clear the cache of your browser and also check Nitro Cloud using other browsers?

That link is doing the same thing, it keeps flipping back and forth between these two and leaves me on a blank page, I'm desperate to get access to this program again.

Thanks for your patience and for you providing these information.

On my end, I am not having issues accessing my Nitro Cloud using Chrome, FireFox and IE.

Are you using Chrome as you browser? If yes, do you have the same issue with FireFox and IE?

Also, could you please try clearing the cache of your browsers, close all windows, reopen your browser and try again?

I'm using Chrome, and I am in today. I'm not sure what changed but it's working. I appreciate your time in looking into it. Thank you.
