Jesse Posted September 13, 2018 Report Share Posted September 13, 2018 Hi Please help, I previously purchased a two license key serial number - I have checked online and confirm only 1 of 2 licenses currently activated I now have a new member of staff and trying to activate on their machine it is not working and I get the below error.
