Receive error message when installing NP10 on my new laptop

When I download the Nitro Pro 10 via the link sent my support, I receive an error message. 

Nitro Pro 10 Setup Wizard ended prematurely

Nitro Pro 10 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again......

I've restarted my PC a few times and redownloaded the file and I still get the same error message.
