-22: Error - Wrong license number

I've just purchased nitro 12 online and installed it. When i went to activate the pro version from the trial version, i get this error when i input the serial number i was provided. it states,

"You have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number from another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro Pro with its matching  serial number."

Can i get help please??

Please be informed that '-22 Error Wrong License Number' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 12. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer then reboot the machine.
2. Download your Nitro Pro from these link/s:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1230240/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1230240/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

3. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number: _
