chpa Posted September 19, 2018 Report Share Posted September 19, 2018 I deactivated Nitro Pro 11 on my old computer and tried to install it on my new computer, but after downloading and trying to install, I get the message listed in the subject line. I verified my license number in the activation profile and I have two activations left and it shows that 0 activations exist. I am using Windows 10 Home on a brand-new Lenovo Yoga 730. I also contacted Cleverbridge to make sure I had the correct version of Nitro Pro 11 to install. Any help would be appreciated. I have another licensed Nitro Pro 11 and I did all of the steps listed above on another brand-new computer, and that one went without a hitch, so I am truly at a loss.
