I deactivated Nitro Pro 11 on my old computer and tried to install it on my new computer, but after downloading and trying to install, I get the message listed in the subject line. I verified my license number in the activation profile and I have two activations left and it shows that 0 activations exist. I am using Windows 10 Home on a brand-new Lenovo Yoga 730. I also contacted Cleverbridge to make sure I had the correct version of Nitro Pro 11 to install.
Any help would be appreciated

To further troubleshoot this failed installation of v11 and missing installation of v12, kindly download and run our Clean Up utility: http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip
After that, please clear the content of the directory under C:\users\your_username\Appdata\local\temp. For whatever reason, not all temp files automatically remove themselves and is NOT usually caused by Nitro Pro
