Nitro pro not showing background

Hi 

I use satelite pics in a design program and when exporting via Print to PDF, the Background sat pics are missing

When using Adobe and Foxit, Background Pic shows fine

any ideas

Please let us know what exact build of Nitro you are using. You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro. 

Also we cannot find your serial number using the email address you used, please forward it via direct message so we can check.

I have sent through a direct message, 

I am using Nitro Pro 7.5.0.29

We also have Nitro Pro 11 on several other computers and find we are having the same problem,

We no longer support Nitro Pro 7. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

As stated, we also have Nitro Pro 11 on several Computers (Purchased last year) and having the same problem
