Upgrade from Pro 9 to Current version without Pro 9 installed?

My version of Nitro Pro 9 crashed. I used the clean up tool to remove it.

My question: Do I have to reinstall Pro 9 in order to upgrade or can I just download the newer version and upgrade based on my old license?

I have inspected your Nitro Pro 9 license and found out that this is already deactivated on our end as it went to a version upgrade to Nitro Pro 12.

When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version.

To install your Nitro Pro 12, you may use these offline installers instead:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1240259/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1240259/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your NEW serial number.
