Nitro Amateur 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2018 Hi, I have bought access to Nitro VIP, but when trying to submit a ticket, I'm greeted by this message: "Email support is provided only to customers with Nitro VIP Access. Please choose one of the options below for further assistance." So how do I get access to the support that I've paid for?
