12.0 Freezes when printing

I am working in Windows 10.  Trying to print from any of my software to pdf using Nitro Pro,  most but not all of which is Microsoft Office, results in a freeze.  I have to use a three finger salute to restart the software.  Any suggestions?  I need to be able to create pdfs consistently and need to decide to keep this crap or not.

If you haven't yet, please run a repair on your Nitro Pro 12 installation. The instructions can be found here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641

Let me know if the issue persists. If that doesn't work, please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.
