Jivey
I am working in Windows 10. Trying to print from any of my software to pdf using Nitro Pro, most but not all of which is Microsoft Office, results in a freeze. I have to use a three finger salute to restart the software. Any suggestions? I need to be able to create pdfs consistently and need to decide to keep this crap or not.
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted September 24, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted September 24, 2018 Hello @Jivey, Thanks for posting in our Community forums! If you haven't yet, please run a repair on your Nitro Pro 12 installation. The instructions can be found here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 Let me know if the issue persists. If that doesn't work, please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system. http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000001671 When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12 from the page I have provided below: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads I hope this helps.
