Every time I have found a post that is related to what I need help with the 'help' has been sent PM or via a Support Ticket. I was considering purchasing your NPS product, but your support is jacked. I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. Usually, PMs are made when support needs confidential information like licenses, files, reference numbers, email addresses etc or when users provide these information. This is a public forum, so it is crucial to keep these information private. We also create support tickets for users who are actually business clients or who are single-users but have purchased Nitro VIP Access/ Premium Support (tickets have faster response time compared to forum). Are you also having issues uploading a file via Nitro Cloud? I tried it just now and it works on my end. Once you get the chance, please try to upload again. If the issue persists, kindly provide what browsers have you tried, any error message you're getting and if its happening to all files you try to upload or just a particular one (please provide the file size if the issue is file-specific). Rohbe Posted December 9, 2019 Report Share Posted December 9, 2019 Just purchased this product. Edited a PDF with minor changes. File size went from 8 Meg to 33 Meg so can't email. Tried uploading using this product and constantly get message "Unable to connect to Internet.
