Drokkenian 0 Report post Posted September 25, 2018 We've been using Nitro Cloud for a couple of months now and just ran into an issue where the client was able to follow the link and review the document and actually sign the document but would receive an error indicating that the signature could not be saved. Just prior to this, another client was able to follow the link and did not have this type of error. While this client was on the phone with me, I deleted the document, re-created it, attached the signature line and sent the email request for signature. While on the phone, the client received the request, followed the link, signed the document and ran into the same error saving the signature again. I removed that document and sent the original to him by mail. Shortly after this, I sent a different document to another client and they were able to follow the link, sign, save and we were done in under 2 minutes. Any idea why this might occur?
