library@tynwald.org.im 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2018 I have Nitro Pro 11 installed locally on one machine, and Nitro Pro 12 installed locally on another machine. Both were purchased in the last six months. On the same day - with no network changes - both versions just stopped working. Double click the icon, nothing happens. Did your machines just installed new Windows updates? If yes, I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background.
