Nitro Pro 12 Activation

Recently purchased V12 and now, it appears that I can't activate (looks like trial version).

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

As per our records, you deactivated your Nitro Pro 12 last 18th of September. To reactivate, kindly go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

I do not have the "Activate" button on the Help tab (only Deactivate is listed). How would I activate w/o having the Activate button?
