Is there a link or somewhere I can download the DLL files for the office add-ins for Nitro Pro 9?

I can replicate this issue that my user is having on my own PC as well. it does not look like the DLL files are downloading.

attached is a picture of the log file. Its got a bunch of missing things that seem to be related to why the add-ins arnt showing up.

Anothing thing to note it when i try to select all the PDF Creation add-ins list from "support tools" It just errors out and doesnt do anything.

Thanks for the help in advanced!

Here's some things you can try before contacting support:

Here's how to repair Nitro 9: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641

Here's how to re-add the Office addins: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584

If Office has disabled the addins, here's how to change that: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001628

If you still can't get things to work, you can always try support: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket

None of the above steps have worked for me unfortunately :/

I've done a bit more self research and i am finding the DLL's actually :

C\Program Files (x86)\Nitro\Pro 9\MSWordAddin9.dll

C\Program Files (x86)\Nitro\Pro 9\MSPowerPointAddin9.dll

C\Program Files (x86)\Nitro\Pro 9\msexceladdin9.dll

If I try to add these manually through word or any other program I am met with another error stating its not a valid Office Add-in.
