Jules 0 Report post Posted October 2, 2018 Hi there. I changed desktop PC and am now unable to sign back in to Nitro Pro. I have deregistered my first licence and have my serial number, but it keeps asking me for an admin user name and password, which I don't seem to have. Please get the Nitro Pro 10 installer below: http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/retail/nitro_pro10.exe then try activating again by going to Help >> About Nitro Pro >> Activate I hope that helps!
