Seems like I'm not the only one dealing with this BS. Why would I need to upgrade if I previously purchased the package that I want less than a year ago? We need answers fast or it's back to Adobe.

So it's Monday and all 3 of my accounts are doing the same thing. I am paid up, give an eta of when this problem will be fixed.

It will be fixed as soon as you upgrade to Nitro Pro 11 like we advised you in the support case you opened.
