Nitro 11 consistently crashes. Nitro 11 consistently freezes. Nitro 11 consistently frustrates users and we IT personnel. Nitro 12 consistently crashes. Nitro 12 consistently freezes. Nitro 12 consistently frustrates users and we IT personnel. Consistently costs money. When can we expect a working product? On the 12th iteration of "Pro" you would expect that at least it wouldn't crash every time it's used. I think Enterprise Adobe is calling. The software is constantly crashing.I like to edit/modify PDFs, add text and images and after trying to save the document, Nitro crashes. Shay Posted October 2, 2018 Report Share Posted October 2, 2018 Today when I save my edited files they all crash once I open them & go into edit mode again.... I've spent half a day trying to work out the problem but all I find is other people having same problem in your forum but no solutions. I suspect it may be that the file becomes corrupted once it has been saved. I have re-installed newest version Pro12 but problem migrates. As an update, I have followed many of your previous directions for others - ie. remove software, run utility & load software again. Same issue remains... This all started yesterday when my document crashed & re-emerged instantly as a "(Recovery)" file. All version prior to that file version are not effected. That document is not effected. Documents edited and saves from the "(Recovery)" file are effected - issue is that I cannot copy & paste any items without the crash. Kindly run Nitro Pro with Compatibility mode by referring to these steps: 1. Right-click Nitro Pro desktop shortcut or the NitroPDF.exe (by default is installed in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro X) then select Properties 2. Nitro Pro Properties window will open, click on Compatibility tab 3. Under Compatibility Mode, tick the box for 'Run this program in compatibility mode for', click the drop-down arrow and select Windows 7 if you're using Windows 10 (Choose Windows XP if you're using Windows 7) Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
