Nitro crashing and now will not open

It seems like everytime I open the files more than 10 pages, it starts to crash automatically. It's so frustrating, it happens everytime

I consistently see Nitro personnel "open tickets on your behalf", but I have yet to see the fix for Nitro continuing to crash.

Nitro 10 consistently crashes. Nitro 10 consistently freezes. Nitro 10 consistently frustrates users and we IT personnel.

Nitro 11 consistently crashes. Nitro 11 consistently freezes. Nitro 11 consistently frustrates users and we IT personnel.

Nitro 12 consistently crashes. Nitro 12 consistently freezes. Nitro 12 consistently frustrates users and we IT personnel.

Consistently costs money.

When can we expect a working product? On the 12th iteration of "Pro" you would expect that at least it wouldn't crash every time it's used.

I think Enterprise Adobe is calling. Costs more, but at least it's consistent.

82 users and over 10k dollars, still get can't get a good product

Hey all,

I am facing a constant problem while using the recently purchased NITRO. The software is constantly crashing.
I like to edit/modify PDFs, add text and images and after trying to save the document, Nitro crashes. I always send the crash report back to the server so please help me to check the issue and solve the problem.

Could you please provide the build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112).

Today when I save my edited files they all crash once I open them & go into edit mode again....  I've spent half a day trying to work out the problem but all I find is other people having same problem in your forum but no solutions.  I suspect it may be that the file becomes corrupted once it has been saved.  I have re-installed newest version Pro12 but problem migrates.  Becoming very frustrated & now my business is suffering from my lack of attention to getting on with my work.  Please help ASAP....

Thanks for picking this up...

As an update, I have followed many of your previous directions for others - ie. remove software, run utility & load software again.  Same issue remains...

This all started yesterday when my document crashed & re-emerged instantly as a "(Recovery)" file.  All version prior to that file version are not effected.  That document is not effected.  Documents edited and saves from the "(Recovery)" file are effected - issue is that I cannot copy & paste any items without the crash.

Sorry to say that I cannot send you this file as it is confidential.  Please advise on your best recommendations.

Allain sent these links for the. ew version of the software. I downloaded the x64 vversion and it works so far.

Thanks for your patience.

Kindly run Nitro Pro with Compatibility mode by referring to these steps:
1. Right-click Nitro Pro desktop shortcut or the NitroPDF.exe (by default is installed in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro X) then select Properties
2. Nitro Pro Properties window will open, click on Compatibility tab
3. Under Compatibility Mode, tick the box for 'Run this program in compatibility mode for', click the drop-down arrow and select Windows 7 if you're using Windows 10 (Choose Windows XP if you're using Windows 7)
