"Blue Screen" critical error - windows

Purchase several copies of Nitro Pro vers. 8 - 12 so far. Just recently I have had a few clients having an issue with their machines blue screening when they attempt to sign a pdf. Has anyone else had a similar issue and if so is there a resolution? All software and drivers are up-to-date.
