AlinNOLA 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2018 On Sept. 20th, John Hacker said, "I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version of Nitro, however, it states on the upgrade page that it is unable to validate my serial number. When I put the same serial number in the Licence Portal, it is recognised and active." I have the exact same issue. What do I have to do to upgrade to Nitro12? Thanks for y'alls help.
