I deactivated my license on the portal...

I deactivated my license on the portal and it is currently showing 0 of 2 installs used.   I restored my laptop and have reinstalled version 10 but am unable to activated despite having the license available.  PLEASE HELP!  thank you.

Hello @NoraU,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Thank you but I still got the same error message. The serial number ends in 0870. Version 10. It shows number of activation 0 and number of activations allowed 2. 

It it is still saying -23: error- license number already used.
