Kurdle 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2018 Like others, when moving to a new laptop, I deactivated the license on the old laptop and tried the activation on the new laptop with no luck. The old and the new laptop do not show a serial number. But I do have the license number from the old laptop. Can you fix this please? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
