Cindy.s 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2018 I have a new PC. I have my activation SN for a previous version of Nitro Pro. I downloaded the Trial Version and clicked activate. I enter the SN. I get error 22 - wrong serial number. I think it is bc it's looking for a brand new SN. Ideas? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
