policeman51 1 Report post Posted October 8, 2018 Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has seen an issue with Nitro 11 or 12 where custom stamps don't save? We have a couple users that had the issue with Nitro Pro 11, then we recently upgraded a couple to Nitro Pro 12.5 and we're seeing it as well. I've checked the C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\12 location and they have full control of the folder and files. What is strange is that after a certain period of time (1 week to 1 month) the custom stamps start saving. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
