Reset windows - Lost serial & activation

Hi there,

My company recently had to fresh reset a computer due to an older employee not leaving passwords behind. Unfortunately we were unable to get the passwords so we had to reset in order to use the computer. Only issue is, we had an activated nitro key on that computer before the reset. How do we go about getting that key back?

In order for me to further assist you, do you happen to know the serial number of the Nitro Pro installed on the affected machine? If yes, could you please provide it by sending me a private message?

I asked for this information because after checking your email domain, your company purchased different versions of Nitro Pro and I am unsure which one is for this concern.
