Josh Posted October 9, 2018 Report Share Posted October 9, 2018 Hello, Since apparently now my company has to pay even MORE to your company just to get email support (which is almost useless anyways) I need some support as soon as possible. Starting several updates ago, whenever I scan documents the characters, and other items are illegible and skewed. Latest scanner/printer updates have been installed, along with windows updates.
