Josh 2 Report post Posted October 9, 2018 Hello, Since apparently now my company has to pay even MORE to your company just to get email support (which is almost useless anyways) I need some support as soon as possible. Starting several updates ago, whenever I scan documents the characters, and other items are illegible and skewed. Latest scanner/printer updates have been installed, along with windows updates.
