collinreed12 Posted October 12, 2018 Report Share Posted October 12, 2018 I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows 10, and upon trying to install Nitro Pro 11 on the new laptop i was met with an error each time. I read through your forum and have tried everything mentioned and I'm still receiving the same Error. I have Nitro Pro 11 installed on my other windows 10 laptop and can't remember ever having this issue.... Please help because I use your program every day for work. Have you also tried uninstalling and reinstalling your MS Office? If not yet, kindly uninstall and reinstall MS Office and try installing your Nitro Pro 11 again. Christian Posted October 16, 2018 Report Share Posted October 16, 2018 I had a Windows 10 crash that required a reinstall. I have tried downloading and installing Nitro Pro 11 (which I had purchased) and the installation fails. I can't upgrade to 12 because it requires a purchase. I have tried the instructions to take ownership of the WindowsApps folder, but those commands aren't working on my computer. If you'd like to upgrade me to Nitro Pro 12, that's fine. But I purchased Nitro Pro 11 6 months ago. I expect it to work or I expect an upgrade to 12. I use this program every day for work. I can't spend my days with tech support. I have to work.
