My company bought a license in 2010 but its not possible to activate the licensekey because Nitro changed its licensemodel so I need a new one. Alva P Posted October 23, 2018 Report Share Posted October 23, 2018 Hi Leslie, I have few licenses for version 7, 8 and 10 that cannot be activated even I have deactivated it using the portal. I also have problem with the installation file for version 7 and 8 as the computer that kept the setup file crashed and no backup.
