Want to move a nitro 9 license to a new computer

Hello,

we have a license of Nitro 9 that has to be moved to a new computer, but we don't have a hardcopy. How can we do this, because a download link for Nitro 9 is not available anymore.

thanks for your quick help. But obviously, Nitro Pro 9 does not work with my new window 10 PC. At least I can't install it there. What can I do?

Hi Leslie,

it's me again. It was my fault: I used the 32-bit version. Now I switched to the 64-bit version - and everything works properly. Thanks!
