Rob Nicholson 1 Report post Posted October 17, 2018 What is the correct procedure from upgrading a MSI previously installed v11 copy of Nitro Pro to v12? Do we have to de-activate, uninstall old version, install new version and activate? Or can we simply install the MSI with the old version in place and it will upgrade the existing installation?
