Nitro 12 crashes complete on any double-click

Recommended Posts

DB2018

I just upgraded to Nitro 12 and a document I was working on for hours.. just crashed.  First time using 12 properly since I upgraded.  Haven't they fixed this problem yet?  AND is there a temp file where it continuously saves on to my computer as the last save I have is over an hour ago.

Latest public build, Win10 Pro 64

Edit any document, and doubleclick on anything.

Program terminates instantly with no error message

Not sure the exact Nitro version, but purchased here 2 weeks ago...

Hello @ExpletiveDELETED,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Yes, that is correct. The above build addresses different crashing issues.

You can find the build of your Nitro Pro 12 by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112)

Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
