Printing large PDF stalls and only prints maybe half the document

Hi,

Client is using Nitro Pro 12 (current version), and while others in the office also using Nitro Pro can print this document no problem, my client has it stall part way thru spooling, say 17%, and then it grey's out "Not Responding" and then after about 3-4 minutes, it comes back to normal.  The printout only prints maybe half the document which is maybe 24 pages in total.

It prints fine when using Adobe, and as I said, for others in the office also using Nitro Pro....

Any thoughts ?
