insufficient privileges



Nitro Pro 10 has been working beautifully until today. Tried to open an email attachment (.pdf) and received the following error message: This service does not have sufficient privileges. Please reinstall.

I don't have an issue with reinstalling the software except I can't get into the Nitro Pro program to retrieve my activation key. 

Anyone else having this problem?
