PrimoPdf, Orientation of Appended Files

I am using PrimoPdf to append jpg files to a single pdf files. How do I control the ORIENTATION of individual files,  such that they get appended upright, i.e. in readable view ?

I have always made sure the file to be appended is in normal readable orientation, but after it is appended, the orientation is no longer readable (some end up upside down, some end up sideways)
