Firefly 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2018 I have two licenses for Nitro Pro 11 that I can't reactivate. I am getting activation error 24. When I look at the activation portal, both say Number of Activations is 0. Manual activation keeps saying unsuccessful because the licenses are already used? What else can I try to get to get these working again? Version is Nitro Pro 11.0.8.470 on Windows 10. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

To address this issue, I just made adjustments on your licenses, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
