Activation Error -23 - not fixable by activation portal

Hi folks,

Recently bought Nitro Pro 12. Activated on one computer, tried to activate on a second, but it didn't work, with the above error. So I looked around here, found the "activation portal" and using that I  deactivated all (one of) my installs, then tried to activate again, using that serial number. Nope! Error -23, "License Number already used" - although, it is *not* used - it has showed 0 activations for several days now. Please help. I'm back stuck in Trial Mode. Thanks, Dale

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

I have the exact same problem. Would appreciate any help.

Thanks for providing the serial number.

On the machine you're having issue activating, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Activation Error -  

I had a Nitro 10 license on a computer where the motherboard failed.  This Nitro 10 licensed was upgraded, 9, 8, etc.

l only know the license number for v8. When I enter this on a new computer - get message - Please enter a valid serial number.

how do I find out what the license number was for v10 that I purchased.

Having exactly the same issue. 
Activating in Nitro Pro 12 shows Error 23, I have deactivated the previous installations and https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal shows Number of Activations = 0 but I still can't activate.

If all of these people are having the same issues, obviously there is a problem with your automatic activation/deactivation!

Hi Team,

Recently bought Nitro Pro 12 for 15 users, successfully activated on 13 systems.

Getting error 23 on specific 2 systems, would be great if you can help me on this.

I was able to activate only 1 system, 1 system is still giving the same error.

Hi Allain,

same issue with activation for me. Number of activations is 0, but still get the error 23 on activation.

Hey there @AllainU! We have a user experiencing this same issue, however on Nitro Pro 11 - would this magic adjustment you do resolve this for us as well? User just got a new machine, and the deactivation link doesn't seem to be helping up.
