Could you please help to comfirm the license usage?

Hello, Nitro support team:

We have bought some license these years, but it seems that we cannot use them.

We have used them on some old PCs and uninstall OS from the old PC without deactivating Nitro.

Then old PCs were changed by new PCs and now we cannot use the license on New PCs.

Could any person contact me and I will send you the license we have and hope you can help us to confirm the usage of them.
