Can't Upgrade 4 Licenses

I worked with Sharon G. this morning to upgrade my eight licenses. Four failed to upgrade and she asked that I post here. I'm uncertain if I am to post the serial numbers here or not but please let me know.

I just made an adjustment on your license so please try upgrading again to Nitro Pro 12.
