Upgrading Version 9 or Educational Pricing

I know version 9 is not supported, but the upgrade page says versions 11 and prior are supported. Also if not is there education/academic pricing available?

My computer crashed and I lost Nitro Pro 9.  I'm trying to reinstall it but can't find help on your site.

As an alternative I'm interested in uprgrading to Nitro Pro 11 or 12.

Kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 9 serial number. You should get a message saying ' You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout.

Please be aware that payment information are needed in case you want to purchase additional item such as a Back-up CD.

Then you may download your Nitro Pro 12 using below direct links instead:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1261298/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your NEW serial number.
