greg.story Posted October 25, 2018 Report Share Posted October 25, 2018 I have a user that is getting this error message when she opens up Word or Excel: Quote An error occured. Access to the path 'C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\11.0\Plugins\NitroExcelAddin.ini' is denied. We've rebooted, gave her ownership over the entire C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\ directory, made sure she had full access (along with CREATOR and SYSTEM), uninstalled/reinstalled Nitro, etc. Nothing has seemed to help. Other users in the same firm are using the same version with no issues. Any thoughts on what could be causing this or how to fix it? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
