Error message: Access to the path 'c:\...\NitroExcelAddin.ini' is denied.

I have a user that is getting this error message when she opens up Word or Excel:



An error occured.

Access to the path

'C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\11.0\Plugins\NitroExcelAddin.ini' is denied.


We've rebooted, gave her ownership over the entire C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\ directory, made sure she had full access (along with CREATOR and SYSTEM), uninstalled/reinstalled Nitro, etc. Nothing has seemed to help. Other users in the same firm are using the same version with no issues. 

Any thoughts on what could be causing this or how to fix it?
