nitro 10 print preferences convert color to grayscale

Hi on my work pc nitro 12 i have a color pdf double click select the nitro 12 print device and i get the grayscale option which i want all good.

At home on nitro 10 i just get color or monochrome. I have changed the print preferences to custom, convert color images to grayscale. when i apply the new file created is still color no grayscale or b and w

Please correct if I am wrong here. You're unable to convert from color to grayscale using Nitro Pro 10 but able to do so using Nitro Pro 12?

For me to further assist you with you concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?:

-What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112)
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro 12
-A sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end
