Access to the path C:\users\...\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\12\Plugins\NitroExcelAddin.ini' is denied. This has occurred since upgrading to Pro12 from 11. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) -What version of MS Office are you using (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 or 365)? -What is your workflow when you received the error message 'An error Occurred. Access to the path C:\users\...\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\12\Plugins\NitroExcelAddin.ini' is denied'? -Is it also failing with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher?
