LRF 0 Report post Posted October 28, 2018 I've attempted to reinstall Nitro Pro 11 on a new Windows 10 computer (program ran fine on my old Windows 7 PC). However, each time I've tried both downloading the software from my purchase link and using the backup CD I was provided, I get an error that the installation wizard cannot proceed with the install. I was able to download the trail version of Pro 12 and that worked perfectly without any errors. Since I just repurchased Pro 11 a few months ago, I'd prefer to reinstall my existing product than purchase an upgrade if at all possible. Can someone tell me if Pro 11 is compatible with Win10? As of this evening, I continue to get the same failed installation error message, and I still can't figure out what's going on. Installation of NP 12 trial version was problem-free. I received you private message and I understand your Nitro Pro 11 serial number is not being recognized when you attempted to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12. To fix this issue, I just made an adjustment on your license. Kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number. You should get a message saying 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout. Please be aware that payment information are needed in case you want to purchase additional item such as a Back-up CD. Once done, you should receive an email confirmation with the new serial number. Use this new serial number to activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
